Review of Pieology

As a severe Celiac, pieology is not an option for me. All of the toppings are the same as those put on the normal pizza, and cross contamination is bound to happen whether or not you are able to get fresh toppings, which is nearly impossible. If you are doing gluten free for a diet or are slightly intolerant, then go for it, but if you are at all sensitive don't!
