The gluten free pizza costs $2 more than the regular. They keep the crust in a closed refrigerator and use designated boards for cooking. When you order the GF crust, they ask if you have an allergy or if it is a preference. If you answer that you have an allergy, they usually ask if you'd like them to change gloves. If the worker forgets to ask, you can always request it. I've tried both ways and felt glutened when I did not request the glove change. If you get a glove change, they will bring out a separate container of oil and red sauce as well as a separate container for the mozzarella cheese. The other toppings are taken from the original containers. Considering that this is not a dedicated gluten free facility, they do put forth a lot of effort in trying to prevent cross contamination.
