Review of Pieology

I didn't have a reaction or intestinal problem. Their gluten free crusts are kept separate and the preparer asked if I wanted her to change her gloves. SHE offered which was cool so I said yes. I was taken aback by her sigh and rolling her eyes. Somehow I felt bad. I replied that I was sorry, and I didn't have a choice as I had celiac disease. She half heartedly said, "No, it's okay." It kind of ruined the whole experience considering it was my birthday. I think they just need better training as to why people NEED gluten free versus those choosing it as a health trend.
