They changed their gloves between most toppings, used new toppings, it was made and cooked on a fresh piece of “paper”, they used separate utensils and seemed pretty knowledgeable about gluten allergies. They were also nice about it, too :)

Their recommendation is if you have celiac don't eat because of cross contamination. Everything is cooked in the same oven.
No
I ordered the gluten free crust and they asked if it was an allergy or preference. I told them allergy and they changed their gloves, used a separate pan with fresh paper and every person along the line asked if I wanted them to change gloves before handling my food. They even asked my husband who had a normal crust but asked for the dairy-free cheese. I was impressed how aware of allergies they seemed to be. Pizza tasted great!
Very good and safe!! just specify that you have an allergy and you are good to eat!
Yes
This is a fairly new pizza place in Honolulu and is close to the University. When I said i was celiac, the server changed her gloves and was careful about preparing my pizza and cooking it. You choose all the toppings you want so it’s pretty easy to order a pizza you like. The restaurant was busy so that speaks volumes.

Pieology is a franchise that makes reasonable pizza in front of you the way Chipotle makes your burritos. Your pizza will pass through a few hands. They have gluten free crusts and cauliflower crusts. The first lady that pulled out my gf crust clearly has no idea what celiac is when I mentioned it, and didn't change her gloves. To her, this was just another pizza. The second and third ladies did understand celiac and followed good procedures. My toppings were got fresh from the back with new gloves to prevent cross contamination and the pizza was put in the oven on special metal plate, not the wooden ones like for the others. So clearly, this was a case of one person not being trained well. Anyway, the gf crust was a bad cracker, so I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. There's better gf crust around. Toppings were fine.

We had an exceptional experience today. The gal that made our pizzas made sure to use uncontaminated trays. She pulled all fresh product from uncontaminated containers. She changed her gloves and was so thoughtful in every aspect of preparing our pizzas. We are grateful for her care. And our pizzas were tasty. Oh, and the GF crust has a sweetness to it.
