This place is not safe for people with celiac.
They don’t change gloves and handle regular dough and flour and then will immediately handle the gluten free dough.
They use the same utensils and toppings for everything. Same ladle for marinara sauce, spread onto gluten free pizza as the others.
Gluten free pizza is out in a little metal dish so it doesn’t touch the bottom of the oven directly, but, it goes in the same oven as gluten pizzas and flour from the bottom of the oven can EASILY travel through the holes directly into the gluten free pizza.
If you want to call those “allergy” protocols then that’s relatively concerning. If you have celiac or cannot tolerate cross contamination, do not eat here, I can’t speak for anyone else.

They used completely separate utensils, got ingredients that had not been handled before and cooked it on a tray so it didn’t touch the bottom of the oven. And they were extremely friendly about it.

Glutyfree crust and vegan cheese makes it a win for me. They ask if it is allergies or preference when you order, wood fire oven makes it tasty, friendly staff.

Very helpful staff! Even though the sign says not recommended for folks with Celiac, they keep everything separate! And it tastes good too!

Ordered a gluten free pizza and the staff was super nice and asked about safety precautions along the way. Change gloves, change spoons, cook the pizza in a pan so it doesn’t touch the oven. I appreciate the effort and enjoyed my pizza, but I wouldn’t know how safe the pizza would be for someone with a more severe sensitivity than me. If you go on the website and build a gluten free pizza on the location you’re planning on going to, it’ll only list the ingredients that are gluten free if you want an idea of your options before going.
Great experience. Gluten free crust, washed hands and changed gloves, had separate utensils and sauces bins to prevent cross contamination. Also separate pizza cutter. Very impressed.

It was good. But there was way too much cross contamination.
