i am a sensetive celiac, and was worried. but the food was fantastic, staff was great. and i felt great after. will definetly get lunch here again!
Super friendly service. The manager Jenny was very helpful. I have a gluten allergy and she personally helped me with my pizza to make sure it was done correctly. I'm very pleased with the service and quality of food. Make sure to inform that it is for a gluten allergy and ask for the special pan for cooking gluten free pizza.

My daughter is recently diagnosed with Celiacs. On our way home from the Sierras we had to change our dining routine to accommodate her needs. Pieology was very helpful and knowledgeable about Celiacs and the importance of making the pizza in a non contaminated environment and cooking it in a dedicated part of the oven. I did have to make sure there was no cross contamination with the pizza shovel but other than that, we had a pleasant experience.

Ordered the gluten free crust for my daughter. Explained she has celiac and can’t have gluten. He said they would cook her pizza on a separate pan that doesn’t touch the other pizzas. He even offered to change his gloves before making her pizza, as well as used a different scoop for the sauce for hers. Perfect. No issues.

We love the Cauliflower crust and the build your own-as many toppings as you want for the same price! They also have a GF crust, a meat crust and regular. Very friendly and yummy pizzas!
