They had gf baked goods and breakfast and lunch items. Everything was delicious! Coffee is some of the best we’ve had.

This restaurant is a gem!! The food was fantastic. I had the grilled chicken pesto with veggies. Highly recommend it. Also a flourless chocolate torte. Don’t miss this place if you are in the area!

Little Cafe with wholesome menu. The fries are in a separate frier and the staff asked if there were dietary needs in our party before we ordered. Good option. I ordered the steak salad with a side of fries.

What a gem of a restaurant. Passed this restaurant on the way to Bandelier National Monument. Backtracked for lunch. Celiac daughter. She had the steak and fries plate. One of the workers assured us that the restaurant has a separate fryer for their fries to avoid cross contamination. Her lunch was delicious - as was the lunch for the rest of the family. Multiple gluten free desserts are available and stored separately from gluten-containing desserts. We took 3 home to try and they were all very tasty. Highly recommend the chocolate torte! We spoke directly to the chef/ owner before we left and she says she takes cross contamination seriously and tries her best. Would definitely eat here again.

While the GF options are limited, they are delicious AND you can be sure you will be well taken care of. The fryer is dedicated; so that means wings and fries are safe. The burger is outstanding as are the salads. And, there are GF treats. Give this hidden gem a try!

Great place with gluten free options on almost everything. Delicious burger, though the gluten free bun was very crumbly (typical). Next time I’ll just skip the bun. The coffee was also very good.

We were so lucky to stumble upon this place on our way from Puye Cliff Dwellings to Bandelier (while we had no cell service). Lots of gluten free options clearly marked on the menu - sandwiches, soups, salads, and yummy desserts. The lady taking my order asked if it was an allergy because she was making my club sandwich herself. I ordered a glass of wine from their sommelier. The rest of my gluten eating family loved it too. Super friendly staff and such a great find in an unexpected location.

There is a dedicated gf frier and the staff are very knowledgeable. When they don’t know the answer with certainty, they ask up the chain of command. I am very reactive and I eat here about once a month and I have never gotten glutened. That being said, always be vigilant. Your health is important and worth fighting for.
Yes
Dedicated fryer for fries. Menu is clearly labeled and staff reassured they are careful for cross contamination. I felt fine after eating here but felt the options were limited (I didn’t want to risk the sandwiches). I had the beef and leaf salad - the portion was large but would have liked more flavor. Would return though if I was in the area again and needed to eat (it is a great location for dining after hiking in Bandelier as it is directly across from the shuttle bus to the park).
This place is fantastic! We came here on a whim and found they had gluten free bread which is okay but any idiot can have gluten free bread what really told me they got it was when I asked why all their gf baked goods were on the top shelf of the case they said obviously so crumbs don’t fall on them. Literally the most perfect answer ever. They have a dedicated fryer and griddle. I will be back on my next adventure
Yes
I ave tried to eat at Pig & Fig at their Sherwood location two times. Neither time would they make a sandwich without a bun as I was told all of their items are pre made. If you have a wheat allergy or need something made special due to dietary constraints, do not even attempt to go to the Pig & Fig.

they are very knowledgeable here. they understand that they must clean all surfaces and change gloves, and they evan wrap the gf bread in aluminum foil before putting it in the toaster, everytime they make anything gluten free. they have a callout button for gluten free at the register. I have eaten here with celiac several times, and have never been sick
