I would give this place more stars if I could. Dedicated fryer, dedicated prep space, so many cider and gluten free beer options. Safe wings and fries, guys! Almost everything on their menu can be made gluten free. And the food is absolutely delicious! I recommend the Buffalo chicken Flatbread highly. And dessert!
The owner has celiac herself so she is very very careful and is always willing to come out and discuss the menu and your concerns at length personally. Very kind and accommodating and remembered me and my order after only one stop in.
She even makes sure of details like a plexiglass partition between fryers and using tongs for all fruit in drinks so it won't cross contaminate.
I am a sensitive celiac and have eaten here several times without getting sick. Do yourself a favor and try it out!
