Waiter was not knowledgeable about GF so we asked to speak to the manager, who was only slightly more knowledgeable.
Apparently, they only offer gf penne and pizza crust, but do not take any other measures to prevent cross contamination. The noodles are cooked in the same water and the pizza is made on the same station.
I even had a panic attack just from sitting down before I even knew any of this. Not sure if it is from the free floating flour or what. (Very crowded in there, seats are close together and pizza station is in dining area).
They also said none of the sauces, bolognese, alfredo ect.. was GF. They said they could put plain tomato sauce on the GF penne, but it would still be cooked in same water, ect...
We ended up leaving.
