We came based on the reviews. The menu listed several gluten free pastas, so my celiac son order plain GF pasta with butter. We explained that he would need to have a fresh pot with fresh water and that my meal (lamb & fish kabobs w rice and vegetables) would also need to be prepared on a clean surface. The server was very kind and wrote celiac on the ticket. They brought our dinner. I tested my son’s pasta with the Nima sensor which detected gluten. The kitchen manager came out after speaking with the kitchen and confirmed that his pasta had been made in the regular pasta water and that my meal was not made separately. They remade the meals. I retested the pasta which detected no gluten the second time. The food was very good, but I wouldn’t eat here without using the sensor to verify that the dishes didn’t contain gluten. The staff was very kind, concerned, & apologetic.
