Pita Paradise is an AMAZING restaurant, whether you are gf or not. We couldn't wait to return to Pita Paradise (we'd eaten there 3 years ago). It's Hawaiian-meets-Greek food fusion, at least that's how I would describe it. Very knowledgeable staff, willing to help me navigate the already quite clear menu with GF signs on it. A bartender who personally delivered (and ensured me that her sisters who are Celiac have this drink and that it was safe ingredients) the BEST drink I have ever had in my life - HIBISCUS & GINGER MARGARITA for $11 "El Zarco Tequila, Cointreau, house made Hibiscus reduction, fresh lime, cane sugar reduction & Ginger" - oh my!!!Both times we ate there this trip, I ordered the fish kabobs, which came with grilled veggies and rice pilaf. So delicious, fresh, etc. The owner actually is a fisherman, too, and so whatever he catches that morning is on the menu for dinner. I would highly recommend this place. Delicious!!!! Surprised it isn't already on this website!
