We didn’t actually end up eating here because the menu said “99% gluten free crust,” and when I asked about it, the server somewhat condescendingly explained that they couldn’t guarantee there was no wheat, because there was flour in the air and “you’re breathing it right now” and they use flour in the pizza pans … I’m not exactly sure what they do to prevent cross contamination, but the attitude and doubt was enough to make us pass.
