Knowledgeable staff. When I asked about Gf crust, first question was allergy or preference. When I said allergy, she cleaned all prep surfaces, put on new gloves new utensils. Their GF pizza crust is round. The regular pizza crusts are oval so they have to use special pans for the Gf pizza in the oven. As the pizza went thru the oven they cleaned the exit tray on the other and cleaned all cutting utensils. They asked all the right questions and did the right things for a Gf pizza prep. The pizza was delicious. I got the carnivore which was a mountain of all the meats. It was even good warmed up the next day.
