Decided to give this place a try after reading the reviews. They have a separate oven for gluten free pizza. I had a GF pizza with vegan cheese and it was great! Worth the price, will be back for sure!

Fantastic! Has a separate oven for the pizzas and it was very yummy. Love the outdoor seating and ambiance, everyone was so kind! A little on the pricey side for the size but I will be returning :)

Amazing pizza. Great protocols. Enjoyed it with a Cider from one barrel brewing, which is attached to the restaurant. Great indoor and outdoor seating.

Yum! Fun place with a brewery inside. The 12" can feed 4 people easily. Busy on weekends.

My husband and I tried Pizza Bros after seeing so much great feedback about their gluten free practices on here, and we were not disappointed.

They have a dedicated prep area and dedicated oven for the gluten free pizzas. When ordering, my husband tried to order the sautéed onions as a topping, and the person taking our order knew that they weren’t gf and was able to tell us which toppings would be safe. They also wear gloves while making gluten free pizzas for extra cross-contamination prevention. The pizza itself was great—so much so that we came back the next day for lunch.

The only word of caution that I would offer when eating here is to bring along wipes or something if you’re planning on eating on site, as the tables/chairs/benches had a lot of crumbs on them that weren’t well cleaned off between customers (they were incredibly busy while we were there, so that may have been the issue). Otherwise, it was a great experience and I (very sensitive Celiac) didn’t have any adverse reactions.

Ordered two gluten free pizzas and a pint of Rosé Cider. The person taking our order mentioned the dedicated GF oven and reassured us that they use clean utensils for slicing the pizza. It was an easy place to take the kids.

Yum yum yum! Cannot say enough about this place. We've been coming to DC for 10+ years and always frequented the "other" pizza place for their GF pizza. It always used to be so good but since covid I haven't had a great experience with food, wait times or service at the other place. We decided to try out pizza bros for the first time and damn.....it will now be the only place we get pizza in DC, for GF or regular. Staff was fabulous, service was quick, they answered all my GF questions and the crust was so amazing!

After reading the reviews, I tried the celiac safe meat lovers pizza. It was delicious! The crust was thin and crispy and the toppings were flavorful. So happy to have found a new place to frequent in door county. It was tasty and they have a dedicated safe are for gf items. Highly recommend.

Love this place! They prepare the GF pizzas in a dedicated area and oven. Felt very safe ordering. When we unknowingly ordered a pizza that had a sauce with wheat flour in it, the employee called it out and suggested a substitute sauce. They also assured us that they could prep the Caesar salad GF.

Everything was delicious! Really nice atmosphere as well with outdoor seating.

Brewery next door had 3 GF ciders on tap that were also really good.

Felt fine the next day.

Great pizza and cooked in its own oven so it is crispy! Some of the sauces aren’t GF but they said they are able to swap them for something that is. Brewery attached doesn’t have an GF beer which is a shame considering how good the pizza is. Awesome outdoor area to have the kids and family.

I am a regular here and love it! Pizza tastes great and is made celiac safe in a separate oven. Pair it with a cider or seltzer option from One Barrel and it’s a day we’ll spent.

Separate oven for GF; say less ! Delicious, small patch pizzas. Workers are incredibly nice and welcoming with smiles. Pizza was perfect-perfect! We had the spicy siciliano and the funky Hawaiian. We are coming back tomorrow, and every day.
