My husband and I tried Pizza Bros after seeing so much great feedback about their gluten free practices on here, and we were not disappointed.

They have a dedicated prep area and dedicated oven for the gluten free pizzas. When ordering, my husband tried to order the sautéed onions as a topping, and the person taking our order knew that they weren’t gf and was able to tell us which toppings would be safe. They also wear gloves while making gluten free pizzas for extra cross-contamination prevention. The pizza itself was great—so much so that we came back the next day for lunch.

The only word of caution that I would offer when eating here is to bring along wipes or something if you’re planning on eating on site, as the tables/chairs/benches had a lot of crumbs on them that weren’t well cleaned off between customers (they were incredibly busy while we were there, so that may have been the issue). Otherwise, it was a great experience and I (very sensitive Celiac) didn’t have any adverse reactions.
