Review of Pizza by Elizabeths

I've got to agree with Sue - the GF pizza crust is rather atrocious (cardboard-ey even where it's well-cooked, and akin to paste when the center isn't cooked through) - it's the worst I've had in the 8 years I've been gluten-free. If it's a group of GF-only folks, I'd recommend grabbing frozen GF pizzas and spending $ to doctor them up.

That said, it's def. Celiac-friendly, the toppings are *delicious,* and the salad we had with the meal was so good, even my normally vegetable-averse stepdad was eager to claim his share.

If I knew of more GF pizza options in the area, I might bump this down to 3 stars, but a safe place to eat is something to be valued even if the quality on the signature dish is lacking.
