Called and they (abruptly) told me that they have no allergy precautions, just gf crust. I asked about separate trays and she said everything is cooked together.
The menu looks good - I’m selfishly sad I can’t eat any of it! Kind of the opposite of actual Italy, which was basically celiac heaven :)

Total bummer that they offer a gluten free crust but appear to then dust the bottom of it in flour or as it goes through the oven, my crust was doused in flour. I got extremely sick and can never eat there again. They might as well just make the gluten free crust a flour crust. IMO it wouldn’t be that hard to have some dedicated trays to put the crust on and a separate area to cut it. But they said they don’t offer any of that, eat at your own risk.

Amazing gf options! Pasta I had was delicious and the staff was very knowledgeable about not only the options available for food but also for beers. The menu was also clearly labeled.
