There is gf pizza dough available for an additional $4 and they do prep your pizza in a different space than the normal assembly line. They also ask if it is an allergy or a preference. Crust on the pizza came out a little well done.
This is a really nice facility & I love the staff but the first thing they ask you when you say you need gluten free is “by choice or allergy” either way it shouldn’t matter if it is by choice or allergy, if it’s gluten free it should be gluten free not half and half... you know what I mean? Also the pizza is only cooked on the outside the middle fell flat and was very under cooked :( makes me sad cause my family loves this place!!
have ate here twice. yummy pizza & I feel safe.
Highly recommend-The best Gluten free pizza I've ever had in Cincinnati. Chef's were very knowledgeable about what was Gluten-free and not because I had chosen Chicken to add to my pizza (not thinking about sauce or marinade they might use) and the Chef immediately made me aware it was not Gluten free. The chef even helped me decide on what to put on my pizza-offering some new suggestions. Thank god he did because my pizza was so awesome!!!The gluten free crust was amazing and the pricing is more reasonable than some other chain pizza places I've tried. For the artisan toppings w/ the gluten free crust, you just can't beat this option if you suffer from gluten intolerance/Celiac Disease. I didn't get sick at my stomach or my IBS didn't get triggered afterwards either, which commonly happens with me from cross contamination.
