They will make a pizza on a gluten free crust, but I watched them cut it with the exact same tools they cut the gluten pizza on so what’s the point?? Also, gluten free crusts need more cooking time than gluten breads, they don’t get this so it’s soggy and undercooked. Not safe for celiacs.

Pizza Hut in Princeton had gluten free pizza, but then discontinued it for a few years. They eventually brought it back, but it does not taste good. They use Udi’s crust, but there is no certainty about the safety of the cooking area. Probably some of the worst gluten free pizza I’ve had.

I ordered a gluten free crust pizza and it was really good. Didn't have any reaction to the food so I would say it was well worth it.

Delicious gf Udi’s crust! Reheats great too. I shared it with my son and wished we each had our own. Smallish pizza, thin crust, and so yummy!!
