An excellent pizza restaurant in Toulouse, France. A bit of a trek to get to from the city center but well worth it. Absolutely imperative to call ahead of time and SPEAK TO SOMEONE there to confirm the making of a GF pizza crust, or they will not have one for you (they don’t receive voicemail messages so make sure you speak to someone). If not, lovely salads as a fallback option.

Un excellent restaurant des pizzas à Toulouse. Un peu loin du centre-ville mais le voyage est bien mérité. Essentiel de téléphoner en avance et parler à quelqu’un pour confirmer le pâte sans gluten - ils le font seulement s’il y en a besoin, et le restaurant ne reçoit pas de messagerie vocale. Sinon, les travailleurs connaissent le Celiac et peuvent vous offrir une salade sans gluten au lieu d’une pizza.

Une excellente adresse : parfaite maîtrise du sujet Gluten-free. Four et espace séparé pour la pizza sans gluten, le chef se change pour cuisiner et servir la pizza sans gluten. Prévenir la veille pour être sûr qu'il y aura de la pâte sans gluten. Les pizzas sont délicieuses (celles au gluten aussi) et le choix est énorme. LE BONHEUR !!!

Enfin des pizzas sans gluten à Toulouse ! préparées sur un poste dédié et un four ou ils ne font cuire que des pizzas sans gluten !!! Attention a commander à l'avance car la pâte est faite sur place. Pour info j'ai aussi goûté les légendaires pizzas sans gluten de little Nona à Paris et celles de mongelli n'ont rien à leur envier au contraire c'est une tuerie. Ils savent pas si ils vont continuer à les faire alors encourageons cette pizzeria à continuer cette démarche. Le top avec des supers produits et un service super sympa et décontracté. On a fait 120 km pour y aller mais on y retournera ! Merci pour cette initiative.
