It’s great to find another safe pizza option! I called to confirm their safety procedures and the host was very knowledgeable, which is always a good sign. The gf pizza is cooked in the same oven as the regular pizzas, but cooked on a disposable aluminum pan so it never touches the oven, tools, etc. The pan gets placed on a space that is wiped down and the pizza is cut and put in the box. In terms of toppings, they don’t use separate toppings for the gf pizza, but they change their gloves after touching regular pizza dough, so the gluten should never actually come in contact with the toppings. Obviously there’s a slight risk there, but it seemed like they have a very strong procedure in place, so I felt it was a worthwhile risk. The pizza was pretty good. The crust was a pretty mediocre gluten free crust, but they are pretty generous with toppings. I definitely enjoyed it, didn’t get sick, and would order again.
