Review of Pizza 23

Please make sure your waiter and the kitchen understand that they should double-check to make sure you get a GF crust. My teenaged waitress served me a totally gluten crust pizza, though I was clear that I wanted GF. I don't know if it was her mistake or the kitchen's mistake, but I was so sick by the time I figured out what was going on that I couldn't stay to figure it out. She did not call the manager/owner to our table, charged me for the whole thing. I was very sick at that point, and very embarrassed. I paid. I left. This was in January, and I was sick for several weeks after. I accept that I take a risk by eating out, but pizza23 should not have a gluten free menu if they don't train their staff.
