Pizzaiolo

I have seen 5 star ratings at every other pizzaiolo location in the city. This location has a separate GF area in their kitchen, but I saw the employees removing my pizza from the pan with the same spatula that they had just used for their regular pizzas. When I told them about this, they apologized and made me a new pizza, but I still think it’s risky here. You have to watch and make sure they are being careful. Maybe the employees aren’t properly trained on the GF protocol at this location.

The girl who took my order was very knowledgeable on their cross contamination procedures. She assured me that they were using a separate pans and pizza cutters for the gluten free pizzas. The pizza itself was one of the best ones I’ve had!

This is the only place that I have ordered GF pizza for delivery and have never had a gluten reaction to. Pizza is amazing!

The woman taking my order was very good. They use gloves and prepare everything separately. They also have separate trays, cutters, and boxes. The pizza was good and I had no effects.
