Eaten here multiple times with no reaction. They ask if you are getting gluten free crust for preference or allergy. I’ve always told them I have celiac / severe allergy and they take a lot of precautions against cross contamination. I think one reason it’s safe is because the dough is premade so no gluten flour flying around. Plus they make it all in front of you...and it’s delicious!! Love the doughy crispy crust (its dairy, egg, and soy free too) and they have Diaya as well (dairy free cheese). Yum!! Would highly recommend.
