Review of PizzArte

I have to admit - I was crazy worried about getting a GF pizza from a place with a brick oven - but they told me that they use a different paddle for the GF pizza, different ingredients - and use a different part of the oven. I ordered the 4 cheese - which had no sauce, so we ordered sauce on the side and dipped it in and WOW - fluffy, chewy, wood fired pizza and I didn’t get sick!!!! The flour is from potato and rice and from Italy! Sooooo good! Thank you everyone who makes time to do these reviews. I’m quite sensitive and get sick easily and thankfully did not !!!
