I called ahead and was assured that they take gluten contamination precautions. The gluten free pepperoni pizza I ordered was cooked in a separate tray. However I Nima tested the pizza and it did contain gluten. I suspect that there is cross-contamination.

They have the best and safest GF pizza in Louisville. They cook it on its own tray, and have separate utensils. They do a great job, family owned yoo!!

Gluten free pizza crust cooked in its own tray. Nice quality toppings. However, I’ve found the crust always seems a bit soggy versus the GF thin crust you get at other places. It’s even worse as leftovers. 😑
