The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten-free. Everything could be turned to a gluten-free meal. The pizza crust was delicious and the fried focaccia too, and the pizza is cooked in a whole different pizza oven. A thousand times recommend if in area.

The place was full so we took the take out, i had the firt pizza on menu and it was good. Also got the gf beer here. Price for these two was 17€ but whatever, we live only once🤣 the dough was so soft and tasty, with cheese perfect. Safety definnitely and good location🤗

So delicious and celiac-safe! Crust is just how I remember glutinous pizza crust to be - great chew, char in some spot. My daughter loves her glutinous pizza too. Dedicated fryer as well. We didn’t have room, but there are deserts. Go!

Before we even mentioned gluten free the staff told us that almost everything on the menu could be made GF. Online menu showing everything that is gluten free, really helpful staff & pleasant experience, almost everybody in the restaurant at the same time had somebody ordering gluten free. This was a great experience. Every pizza on their menu was offered with gluten free dough. They also have a designated gluten free fryer! You can get gluten free arancini (I didn’t try this but was happy to see the option). I found this restaurant on the Italian celiac associations application.
