I went here for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. There are a trio of pizzas that are cooked in a dedicated oven with ingredients that are prepared and kept separate from all their other ingredients to eliminate cross contamination. You can get any of their pizzas on a GF crust for $4 extra but if they're outside the specified trio they wouldn't recommend them for someone with Celiac disease due to a shared prep area and shared wood fire oven.
The pizza was delicious and service great. I'd highly recommend!
