Review of Pizzeria Verità

Very good GF pizza made in a dedicated oven. It looked like they were using corn meal instead of flour to coat the regular pizza. My pizza came out crispy and delicious. I gave 4 stars because they cook some of the toppings in the wood fired oven which makes them not GF. I really wanted mushrooms on my pizza! Other than that, it was really good and a nice find.
