They are super nice I am here for a school trip and they asked if anyone had any allergies or any food sensitivities and they were really good about handling my gf request since I am allergic to gluten

The only option they have is hamburger, they don’t have dedícate space, and no fryer. I eat and was ok. But it’s not true they are certificate!

No gf menu, no dedicated fryer. Waitress was lovely and worked with us , but was not something I would have chosen had this review not led me to believe they were better equipped.

Staff was knowledgeable. I ordered the OMG burger with mashed potatoes. Fries they said wasn’t safe because they don’t always change the oil. The GF bun was delicious. No issues, didn’t react. Very pleased. Will go again.

Freddie was a super server, and at first mention, was eager to accommodate our celiac daughter. I had already emailed in advance asking about specific menu items, and was promply replied to by the food director, so I know what she was ordering. She got nachos, and wanted to give it 10 stars out if 5! A safe, relaxed meal. Wush there were more artifacts, though. :-)

Yassin, our server, was knowledgeable about gluten free options. Menu is not marked but she knew the details. We are dairy free too and they took care of us wonderfully. Manager delivered the food and checked to be sure everything was exactly as we ordered! Ribs, potato wedges, green beans, burger with onions and mushrooms! Best meal in a chain restaurant in ages! We will be back. Welcome tourists to NYC!

server was nice. seems to have went through an upgrade since the last reviews. They had many gluten free options and even gf buns. unfortunately, the fries are not gf but we could sub out for baked potato, fruit, etc.

Was ok! But no gluten free fryer so I had the driest jacket potato in life, burger was ok

Awful ! Waitress was rude, manager was rude. Very few GF options even though they said they could accommodate. I was only able to have a burger w no bun ( they were out ), salad w no dressing and a coke. Horrible. The waitress wasn't even sure what GF was. You would think in the middle of NYC, this would not have been an issue. Do not go here ! I would give no stars, but that is not an option.

Horrible selection everything I ordered the server had to come back and say it wasn't do able. Mind you I'm also a vegetarian but still since my family's order was put in I had to sit and watch them eat while trying to figure out where ill be able to get a meal. They did try to serve me pasta primavera noodles weren't cooked through no flavor. Zero stars

Was able to get a burger with a wonderful GF bun! They brought out potato wedges instead of fries which were delicious! The waiter also asked about my Gluten intolerance vs allergy/celiac which made me feel comfortable!

Talked to three people including a manager about tortillas asking if they were cooked in a shared fryer. The server went to check and never came back. The manager looked at me weird, didn’t respond and walked away. Food came out and the GM delivered it. He asked if I was celiac and I said yes. He told me it was a shared fryer then still tried to give me the food. I don’t trust them.

Not a lot of choice for coeliac. The oven is the same for all pizzas. They offer salmon or burger with rice, thays all.

Manager came to my table. Reviews allergies, offered suggestions and was ultra attentive. May not be able to eat everything on the menu but the service and concern was above and beyond.
