A very sweet worker told me that the fish itself is not gluten free....she asked the managers and chefs. Do not eat here if you’re celiac. It explains why I got sick after eating here even though I was told it was celiac friendly.
No
Staff knew what was up with celiac friendly foods! Rice, tuna, mango, onion, seaweed etc bowl and some gf free sauces. Delicious!

They are like sushi chipotle but there are a lot of options even if you don’t like sushi. The owner is very knowledgeable and they use dedicated utensils for each item.

The in-house menus are pretty much useless because only a few sides are labeled as anything at all and most of those that are are not labeled as GF. I used the online menu to decide on a bowl of ahi tuna, salmon, brown rice, classic salt sauce, sweet onions, pineapple, and seaweed which tasted fine and did not sicken me. I asked the staff to change their gloves first which they did, but I got the impression that they didn't know which ingredients were gluten-free.

Be aware the website nutrition page where you build a bowl and it tells you which allergens it contains is incorrect. Many of the “crunch” items, and the seaweed salad all appear to be gluten free on that page. However if you find their nutrition pdf those items are not gluten free.

Online there is chart of what’s gluten free and what isn’t. The staff have no idea. I felt fine after eating there but not a high level of confidence
