It’s not really worth it for gluten free pizza - I wouldn’t pay $15 again for it. It’s just a basic like UDI’s crust that’s not very flavorful or nice. If you’re gluten free, there’s better pizza out there.

Gluten free pizza crust maybe not the best in the world but definitely good. Risk of cross contamination with regular flour used in the same area where gluten free pizza is prepared. Suspect that it happened last two times we went there with upset belly the next morning.

I quite liked the GF crust. It was a wonderful vehicle for the outstanding sauce. Service is fantastic and the decor is stellar.

The GF crust here is pure shyte. Dry, flavorless and brittle like a cracker. The GF crust option is just for show.

They do have a gf crust option but it is pretty terrible tasting. They could just buy a frozen gf pizza and add toppings and it would be much better. Very dry, burnt edges but gummy in the center and no flavor.

i enjoy eating the gf pizza here. They also have excellent dairy free cheese made in-house (great for those with dairy sensitivities as well as gluten!). Their service is always attentive, and there is a kid’s play space. They also have a gluten free brownie that’s really good!

Pompieri Pizza is very overpriced for the quality. It's very thin crust with no taste and of course burns easily. Apparently it cooks/burns so fast that the ingredients don't even get time to cook (non melted cheese, raw veggies). Pretty sure they offer it just so they can say they have it but don't care about the quality. IMHO you'd be better off buying an Udis frozen pizza and staying home.

This is one of my go-to places in Durham for GF pizza. If you like a cracker crust, theirs is great, and the White Florian is my favorite topping for it. Kale salad is exceptional, and there's always good wine and great service.

Good toppings. GF Crust is average. Salads and soups are overpriced.
