Review of Posana Restaurant

I felt like I was in heaven. One of the best dedicated gluten free restaurants I’ve ever been to. So many options of things I never get to eat!!! And I didn’t have to worry about anything or google ingredients! I tried the donut holes, fried chicken sandwich (omg!!!!), and sticky bun. Everything was divine. I haven’t had a sticky bun since I was a gluten eating child and it tasted exactly as I remembered. This is my number one go to in Asheville from now on.
