Review of Posana Restaurant

Shhh... we'll keep your secret. This place is amazing. Everything we ordered was delicious. The ambience and service was exceptional. The entire menu and kitchen is gluten free, which is a wonderful surprise for those, like us, with celiac and gluten sensitivity. We could order everything off the menu. I would eat here if I could eat all the gluten I wanted. I'm glad they don't advertise that way as people may avoid without knowing what they were missing. We will eat here everytime we come to Asheville.
