Review of Posana Restaurant

Posana is my happy place!! What a treat it was to be handed a menu, and then later a dessert menu, and be told that every item on them was completely safe! I took full advantage and ordered a fried delicata squash appetizer, a pear and candied walnut salad, beef short rib for dinner and a deconstructed carrot cake for dessert. Everything was delicious!! The service and ambience were also fantastic and my gluten-eating spouse left just as happy as I did. Well done, Posana!!! And thank you for what you do!!
