Review of Posana Restaurant

We really wanted to love this place! My 7 year old celiac was so excited to eat here but within 2 hours of her dinner (GF grilled cheese and fries) she was very sick. Disappointing as we drove 2 hours on our vacation so she could eat here. I contacted the manager after and he reassured me that what she had was GF but we strongly feel she was somehow glutened here.
