My husband and I stopped here for dinner our first night in Asheville. I had no idea it was an entirely gluten free restaurant. For me that’s great because I have celiac disease. But for him some of the food wasn’t as tasty or heavy as he would have liked.
We had the quinoa hush puppy for an appetizer which was good. Definitely an interesting flavor. But not super amazing. It was gritty in a different kind of way.
I had the chicken with spaghetti squash and broccolini and loved it. My husband had the pork chop and wasn’t a fan.
The gluten free breadsticks were great.
I had the apple crumble cream cheese creme brûlée. It was amazing. Definitely recommend it.
The gluten free cocktail I had was called a liquid luck and tasted great. One was enough for me.
Overall it’s certainly a high class gluten free place to eat. I recommend it to other celiacs.
Note: North Carolina has an early lock down right now so call ahead and ask for their hours. We were shocked at how early they closed so be aware of that right now in this area. (I’m from Texas where we don’t have that.)
