Review of Posh Pop Bakeshop

We ordered through Doordash while on vacation in NYC. They were out of the Apple Cider donut and they substituted a caramel brownie bar AND ADDED $3+ to the order, how is it legal for a business sub for an out of stock item and add extra$$ to the bill for the sub???? Is that even illegal??? They were so IRRESPONSIBLE and COMPLETE LACK OF AWARENESS for substituting iitems that contained allergens that the ordered items didn't contain. THEY LITERALLY COULD HAVE SENT US TO THE HOSPITAL IF WE TOOK A BITE OF THE BAR THAT CONTAINED NUTS. They were completely IRRESPONSIBLE AND WRECKLESS WITH NO CARE OR CONCERN FOR THE WELL-BEING OF THEIR CUSTOMER!!!!!! Plus I paid an extra fee and tip on items that were poison to us. Doordash only refunded a portion of our charges. I am so offended and disgusted by the service provided by this bakery, totally disgusted!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
