Review of Posh Pop Bakeshop

Wow, this place is over the top. I so appreciate a dedicated GF bakery that can even attract non celiacs as customers. After trying a bunch of stuff, I think most of the baked goods lack salt so they’re too sweet for me personally. I do love their cinnamon buns and their birthday cake (the yellow cake covered in sprinkles). The cake is amazing, especially if you’re a frosting person, and they sell it by the slice!
