Review of Pot & Paddle Jambalaya Kitchen

I am one of the owners of Pot&Paddle in Gluckstadt (Madison), MS. I have celiac so I am very involved in ensuring a safe place for other people with gluten issues. The Jambalaya and red (or white) beans& rice are always gluten free. Most of the sides are GF. Please let the person taking your order know that you require GF to ensure that the cooks will use their training about cross-contamination to get your meal safely to you (and no roll!) if you have any questions or concerns, please ask for the owner(s) or the manager on duty.
