La poutine était bonne...si seulement je n'avais pas été aussi malade par la suite.. Je ne crois pas que c'est safe pour les coeliaque.

Staff is very much aware and reassured me of all the precautions they take such as a separate fryer and their sauce is gluten free. No reaction at all and honestly THE best poutine.

If you are allergic to gluten or Celiac it is a moderately safe place (80% score). I got sick 2x/10; was fine 8x/10. Probably cross-contamination b/c a dedicated fryer for celiac is used when requested.

Called ahead to ask if things were gluten free and if fries were fried in a separate fryer. They said yes, but when we arrived they said everything was fried together and cross contaminated.

Not safe for celiacs. They do not have a dedicated fryer so the fries are cross contaminated.

First poutine in 3 years since having to go gluten free! They have so many specialty poutines and even build your own. 3 gluten free sauces available, including a traditional poutine sauce. I was assured from head office that the traditional sauce is gf, but the fries do not have a dedicated fryer. Other items on the menu, but I only tried a traditional poutine. It was excellent. I spoke with the waitress about adding gf buns for hamburgers (which are 100% beef) or lettuce wraps, she said she’d bring it up with management. I will return!

2024-04-28 It seems they have improved their gf offer. Ask for the allergen list and you will see all the many ingredients that are safe, may contain gluten, and not ok. Seeing that bacon may contain gluten proves me that they are aware of gluten.

On m’a dit que les frites sont préparées dan une friteuse à part. Je n’ai demandé aucun ajout. Poutine classique honorable service attentionné.

Ordered the Thai and Classic Poutines to share. The regular size of both provided so much food for a pretty good cost! The staff were very knowledgeable about allergies and the kitchen was aware of celiac. Both orders of poutine were very good! Cheese curds squeaky in the classic and lots of flavor in the Thai. Will probably be going back for more before we leave.

The best poutines I've tried, I love their concept of squashed potatoes which remain crispy (unlike the usual soggy fries you get elsewhere). Nice choice, you can even make your own poutine by deciding on the ingredients. Staff knowledgeable about gluten, when I mentioned celiac, they immediately informed me they would get the potatoes in a separate fryer.

I haven’t had poutine since before I knew I was celiac so over a decade. This was worth the wait, it was delicious, the cheese curds squeak, the gravy is yummy and the fries are good. My partner had the same with smoked meat and he said it was good too.
