I wish I could give the Precinct Kitchen + Bar ZERO stars. Worst experience I've ever had. I am extremely gluten, dairy, and nut intolerant, so eating out is difficult. I planned ahead of time to come here from a different state for my 21st birthday with a couple of friends. I ordered a soup that came with a pita that wasn't gluten free even though I specified ahead of time I'm GF in the reservation and to the waiter. I ate half of the pita and realized it was too good to be GF, so I asked the waiter and he then realized it wasn't. He didn't even apologize but gave me an attitude. I was sick for three weeks after eating this meal and had to go home early that night - missing what was suppose to be my 21st birthday. That's a memory of a night I'll never be able to get back. So I'm frustrated to say the least!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable team; tried the GF protein pancakes and really enjoyed them. Definitely not a typical pancake, but tasted goo and I trusted the team’s concern around my gluten allergy.

I specifically went after seeing they had gluten free pancakes; however, was very disappointed. There is a 'protein pancake' that is gluten free, but after asking found out that the protein powder is a mix of soy and whey. Since I am allergic to soy, I asked that the pancakes be made without the protein powder. I was told the batter was already mixed and the chef 'was not there'. I ended up ordering eggs and bacon, which cost $17!! I could have gotten this anywhere and paid much less. What a waste

Promised me my French toast was gluten free told me no problem and I expressed the importance it being gluten free. Came here because of reviews but oh what a mistake. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

Our past waitresses/bartenders have been extremely knowledgeable about allergies (gluten & dairy). I ordered a turkey BLT and was informed they can bake french fries/sweet potato fries/tater tots in the oven (just make sure to specify this), and their bread is from Something Sweet Without Wheat in Woburn (GF/DF). If you're staying at Loews or just passing through, I'd recommend stopping at this hidden gem!

Dinner at Precinct Kitchen was wonderful! The manager Matt was great and explained that they are very gluten friendly to the extent that all the flour they use for anything is GF so it is not a problem to get fries or anything else. I had the braised short ribs which were delicious but didn't have room for the flourless chocolate dessert. All of the wait staff were very helpful and friendly and I would definitely go back!

We stayed at the Loews Hotel for three nights and we ended up eating every breakfast, one lunch and one dinner (room service) at Precinct. The food was delicious and I was very appreciative for the special treatment I received from Olivier, the Executive Chef. At our first lunch, I mentioned to our waiter that I had celiacs and my lunch had to be gluten free. Olivier personally came out to talk to me to make sure that he we making my meal to correct specifications. Then, it turned out that he was going on vacation, so he brought out one of the other chefs to talk to me to make sure that I would be properly taken care of when he was away. I even found out that he had texted one of the chefs the next day to check on me....so, I feel that he went out of his way to provide good service. Not since I have been diagnosed with celiacs have I seen a chef take so much care to make sure that I was getting the food that I needed. I had a delicious grilled cheese on gluten free bread for lunch. I had eggs every morning with gluten free toast. They roasted the potatoes and they were perfect. They took every precaution and I have four great meals....without incident. Wonderful restaurant and staff. Add to your list!!

While on business in Boston - and very vulnerable with Celiac - I ate breakfasts and sat at the outdoor seating area - great atmosphere. The waiters and waitresses were very knowledgable about GF. The breakfasts were prepared with all precautions; substituting fresh fruit cup for potatoes. They offered different varieties of GF bread. Excellent experiences. They are open for all meals and late night entertaining.
