Review of Project Pie

While the staff was friendly, and the place was clean, they DO NOT have a celiac safe option. they use the same oven, same utensils, same everything. so if you're gluten free just cause you can, you're fine, however if you have any intolerance whatsoever, you should avoid this establishment :/
