Review of Project Pie

Nice quick service. When I started ordering, the woman asked me if I had a severe allergy. I told her that it was a moderate allergy and that I'll feel like I'm dying if I eat contaminated food but will live. She confirmed that this is not a gluten-free establishment and changed her gloves. After she grabbed the gluten-free crust, she proceeded to spread the shared oil across my gf pizza- gluten contamination and all. Sad face!!! There is probably contamination in the toppings as well since she used her gloves to flatten and spread the gluten crust then put toppings on all the pizzas. Hopefully I don't get sick... Just beware! The pizza did taste REALLY good! Even my non-GF husband liked it!!!... Sure enough... I was glutened. With a few modifications, thus place could be very celiac friendly. Until then, I would say steer clear or ask for your pizza to not have any oil.
