Review of Project Pie

I was uncertain about eating here due to the fact that it's not a gf environment, however I was assured they would prepare everything separately. They pulled out a pizza crust that were already placed in separate pans to avoid CC, they said the brush for the oil was only used on gf pizzas and pointed out certain toppings that were gf. I'm glad I ended up eating here, pizza was the best gf pizza I've had and the employees were very accommodating.
