I had a BBQ on a gf bun, it's been years and was sort of an emotional experience. The fries came out looking breaded but the waitress said they're seasoned. I did not get sick but ended up with heartburn, probably because I haven't had fried food in ages. Waitress noted that I was gf for kitchen, not sure of what the kitchen set up is or precautions.

Waitress was helpful; she triple checked to make sure there was no soy sauce or malt in the BBQ meat/sauce or slaw. Pulled pork and brisket sandwiches where good but the favorite was the burger as it came with LOTS of toppings. Fries are in a shared frier with chicken. Service is a touch slow but all and all I felt safe (I’m celiac) and my son (gluten intolerant.. he had the fries and they were also a hit with everyone as they’re extra crispy) and I didn’t get sick.
