Review of Proposition Chicken

"We're not one of those fake gluten free places," said our server when we asked about the fryers and GF options. With that we were put at ease and ready for the amazing food that followed. This place is the real deal: dedicated fryers, home made everything and free range chicken - nuff said. If you're a celiac, this is a must try. We had the fried chicken entree (with gluten free biscuit), chicken strips and potato wedges; wish we had room for more.
