I actually did email in advance and they were fully able to accommodate me! Took a little pushing but it was possible (I was in a group of 15) and did not get sick.

I emailed in advance to see if they could accommodate and ask if they could advise what is gf. Most of the menu has gluten. This was their response:

nope. you can eat 2 of the 25 things on the menu. Those that you can eat are quite good. Everything else cross contam or straight gluten; at least they tell you in advance. Avoid.
