The staff go out of their way to ensure safe gluten free food. The pasta is always cooked in a separate pot of pasta water.

The gluten free carbonara is the best in the city! The majority of the menu can be made gluten free, and all pastas can be swapped for the GF pasta. Always cooked in separate pasta water and pot. This is fresh Italian cuisine - so you don’t feel like you’re missing out on anything.

The staff are always checking to make sure you’re having a good time. The owner is always there and will come to the table to check on you as well.
