The waitress knew what was up! Keep an eye out for the woman with all the tattoos. I told her I have a gluten allergy and she immediately started writing that on her pad. I asked her about the beet salad and she gave me an alternate option to make it gluten-free (the croquettes are cooked in a shared fryer). I asked about the salmon and she knew to check with the chef about the sauce. I ended up ordering the grilled salmon, and when she brought it out, she told me that she had checked and it was gluten-free. This place is ok!

Gluten free friendly, even gluten free beers

The food is good and the process are okay. They offer a gluten free beer that is crafted to remove gluten so not atruly gluten free beer and definitely not safe for Celiac's. The wait staff is knowledgeable about the food so you won't get cross contaminated food.

I love the ambience of this place and they really took care of me! Even sitting at the bar, the bartender and one other staff member were very thorough in understanding my needs and were able to point out quite a few main dishes that can be made GF. I have a feeling they have a few GF regulars, because they were very on top of it. Menu changes seasonally, I had a salmon dish that was cooked to perfection. Their wine list is fantastic as well! Cheers!

Fancy food, thought it was a Pub :( Didn't bother my allergy.

After presenting my dietary restriction card, the manager and the chef presented my meal with a side salad that included a custom dressing. Every effort was made to ensure I was in good hands. I go to Pub Republic twice monthly as a result of such careful attention.
